DARE is one of the most modern fuel blending and storage terminals in Northwest Europe. It was initially built in 2011 with a gasoline capacity of 149,000 cbm (“Phase 1”) divided into 11 tanks, which was then expanded to 283k cbm (“Phase 2”) in 2019 with a further 6 tanks being built. A further 17.5k cbm of ethanol storage and railcar loading and unloading facilities (“Phase 3”) became operational on 1 February 2022
