At Dare Group, we are committed to safety, efficiency, and sustainability in all our logistics and terminal operations. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated Terminal Operator who enjoys hands-on work and plays a key role in our daily terminal activities.

Your Role
As a Terminal Operator, you are responsible for safely and correctly performing operational activities within our storage and loading terminal. You work with various installations, including tanks, pipelines, and vapor recovery units (VRUs). You ensure that products are transferred safely, equipment remains in top condition, and procedures are always followed.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks, ships, and railcars

• Operating and monitoring terminal systems and equipment

• Performing inspections, sampling, and quality checks

• Identifying and reporting irregularities

• Maintaining a safe working environment by following all safety procedures

• Supporting maintenance tasks and minor technical activities

Who You Are

• MBO-level education, preferably technical

• Valid VCA certificate (or willingness to obtain it)

• Affinity with industrial and logistics processes

• Accurate, safe worker with clear communication

• Flexible and willing to work in shifts

• A proactive and responsible team player
