Safety is at the heart of everything we do at Dare Group. To strengthen our HSE capabilities and drive continuous improvement, we are looking for an experienced and driven HSE Coordinator.

Your Role
As HSE Coordinator, you are the primary contact for Health, Safety & Environment matters on site. You ensure compliance with legislation, reduce operational risks, and inspire a strong safety culture throughout the organization.

Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE policies and procedures

• Conducting audits, safety inspections, and risk assessments

• Leading incident investigations and ensuring follow-up actions

• Providing HSE training and toolbox meetings

• Reporting KPIs and HSE performance to management

• Promoting a proactive safety mindset across the terminal

Who You Are

• Bachelor-level education, preferably MVK/HVK or similar

• Experience in the (petro)chemical, industrial, or logistics sector

• Strong knowledge of relevant safety and environmental legislation

• Skilled communicator with a coaching approach

• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills

• Leadership qualities with a practical attitude
